What is a refresh?: Lenders review business borrowers every year. The annual refresh updates your financials, narrative, and document package so your credential is current for that review.
Does it renew automatically?: Yes. $199 per year, billed annually. We email you before each renewal. You can cancel from Billing in your account at any time before it bills.
My bank gave me a code. What does it do?: Your first credential is free with the code. From year two you pay the $199 annual refresh.
Can I use my credential with more than one lender?: Yes. You own it and can share it with any lender.
Is my information secure?: Your financial information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you control exactly which lenders can see your credential. You can revoke any share link at any time.
